Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging and tags.
Perishable goods, personal care items, digital products, and customized orders cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
A valid receipt, order confirmation, or invoice is required for all returns and refund requests.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
